EQ/BFS goes international with the Ravens winning another championship north of the border. You can read about it at:

Martin and Tom has put together a great staff and have coached the team up to a higher level than the rest of the programs in B.C.
Each year they bring the team down to the states to attend a summer football camp, they have taken the EQualizer north of the border and made improvements on it, invited me up to do a Be An 11 and One Day BFS Clinic for them, and then come down to the states each fall to play a game so their kids can see what Friday Night Lights is like.
The last year I coached, I took the Rangers up to B.C. and played the Ravens as well. They were a worthy opponent, but I quit while I was ahead before he could bring his team down inside the hedges to teach us a lesson.
AND to top it all off . . . it is a true coaching experience as they do not get paid to coach the team. It is an affair of the heart, and what BIG hearts they have.
My hat is off to you guys. Keep up the good work.

Thanks very much Freeb for the kind words. We really did have a fantastic season. We have taken your advice along the way. especially about taking shortcuts to success by copying what those with more experience do. 8 years ago we took your advice and went full out with BFS (we how have 10 classes a year going strong, added team camps to our "must do" list and of course as the OC the EQ North has been a great thing for us too. This season was very very special. It's so funny but eh article you posted below about MAGIC ie. making a greater individual commitment was one of our touchstones this season. Ove the last 3 seasons we are now 32-4 (61-10) including our JV's wow what a ride. You have helped a lot Freeb! Thanks again!
