Whats your story?
Putting in a new offensive series the night before the game:
If you believe in what your are doing & believe in the team, it's not that hard. Especially when you get them to believe in it. In the first year I coached at Clyde High School in Ohio, in an established league, after studying game scout films all week, I saw that vs a particular team who was leading the league at the time, 1.5 seconds after the ball was snapped there was a running lane that would open up at this particular spot. So on a THUR night before a FRI game, I lined everyone up & we went through what to do. That night at the game we kicked off to them. They downed out, punted, & when we took over on our 1st play from scrimmage, we handed off to our tailback who ran 60+ or so for a TD. We won the game & eventually only the Second Conference in the school's football history.
